TAPP Submits Comments to Senate HELP Committee to Denounce Price Control Schemes and Support Medical Innovators

TAPP recently submitted comments to the Senate HELP Committee in response to Senator Bernie Sanders’s request for public input on the proposed “reasonable pricing” scheme.

The “reasonable pricing” scheme is another attempt to import socialist drug pricing policies into the U.S., which would hurt American patients, doctors, and innovators.

America is a world leader in medical R&D largely because the healthcare system rejects socialist drug pricing schemes and promotes innovation into new medicines. The “reasonable pricing” scheme would discourage investment into the life science and medical industry, resulting in fewer cures for America’s patients.
